Daniel Juan Riera 

Daniel is a lawyer with experience in civil, administrative, corporate, real estate, and urban planning law.

He holds a Law degree with a specialisation in Business Law from the University of the Balearic Islands, an Expert Diploma in Urban Planning and Land Management, and an Expert Diploma in the Regulation of Tourist Accommodation.

Daniel advises clients on a range of regulatory and administrative matters, including infringement proceedings, sanction procedures, building permits, legalisation of properties, tourist accommodation licensing, compensation boards, and immigration matters, including standard applications and Golden Visa processes.

He works in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
