Jose E. Herraiz

José E. Herraiz is a lawyer and economist with over 25 years of experience advising clients on corporate, tax, and asset management matters. His practice spans a wide range of sectors, including real estate, hospitality, aviation, audiovisual, and wealth management, where he offers a multidisciplinary legal and economic perspective.

He holds a Law and Business degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-3), a Master’s in Taxation from Garrigues, a Master’s in Corporate Law from the Universidad Internacional de Andalucía, and has completed the General Management Program (PDG) at IESE.

​

In addition to his legal practice, José has worked extensively as an advisor and project manager in various business phases, from startup and growth to consolidation and restructuring.

He works in Spanish, German, English, French, and Italian.
