Santiago Rodriguez Miranda

Santiago is a retired State Attorney and an esteemed legal scholar with extensive experience in public, administrative, constitutional, tax, and financial law, as well as in public concessions, particularly maritime.

He holds a Law degree from the Central University of Madrid and has served as a Professor of Financial Law at the University of the Balearic Islands and as a Commercial Law Professor at the Madrid University School of Commerce.

 

Santiago has held several prominent positions in public life, including as a Member of Parliament in Spain’s first legislature, Government Spokesperson, and President of multiple parliamentary commissions, such as those on Budgets, Trade and Tourism, and Economy and Finance. He also served as Minister of Labour and Social Security during Spain’s second legislature and as Conseller of Economy, Trade, and Tourism for the Balearic Islands.
